A little something that brightened up my boring Wednesday...

Most days it's the personality of someone that does it for me, but on other days...like today for instance... I just need a little eye candy.

After spending an entire Saturday watching almost nothing but Season 2 of The Office over and over again, and then finally just going out to buy the entire fucking series at Borders because I was dreading having to send it back to Netflix, I still haven't figured out why I find this guy sooooo ridiculously appealing.



That would be Stephen Merchant, the co-writer and co-director of The Office.

He's like 6'7" and kind of odd looking and, well, I just don't quite get it, but for some reason he is going straight up to the top of the heap...with the likes of Viggo Mortensen and Till Lindemann.

But, then, my biggest crush at age 14 was on a paleontology professor from the University of Chicago.

If anything it just reveals the hopeless, incurable geek in me. The part that keeps me from ever truly being cool.
