I talked with my parents yesterday, and barring any unforeseen issues I'm going to be moving back home in December, reducing my work hours to part-time and going back to school full-time.

I am ridiculously excited about this.

I figure that it's best to do this now, because the older I get and the more responsibilities I have it will become more and more difficult for me to do this. I have the luxury at my age of being able to take some time off from work and return to school and I'm going to take the opportunity.

I'm kind of sad about leaving my apartment, but it's not like the living situation with my parents will be difficult at all. I get along with my parents ridiculously well, and I consider them to be two of my best friends and frankly I have more fun with them than I do with a lot of my actual friends (I'm not talking about you, Kate!).

So I think this is going to be really, really great.

And besides... I don't really like my job that much anyways, and it will be nice to only have to be here 4 hours a day.

I think i'm going back to school, kids.

I talked today with the academic advisor within the school of Art and Design at Wichita State University about returning and it turns out that it will be a lot easier than I thought it would be.

So it looks like i'll be back on track to getting that useless art history degree I've always wanted.
